We love Episode 282 of The Cash Flow Ninja Podcast because it dives into the concept of using earned income to produce streams of passive income. When you think about the tax benefits, you can get to your wealth goals even faster!
In the example, Buck gives, he uses $200K per year invested out of $500K to meet the goal in 31.25 years. He then states that investing $400K per year would get you there twice as fast.
The interesting thing to me is that by investing strategically with tax advantages in mind (reducing your tax to zero), $150K of the additional $200K needed to double your wealth-building speed is realized in the tax savings alone. With this strategy, you only need an additional $50K per year to double your speed!
In WealthAbility’s YouTube video regarding Biden’s 2021 Tax Proposals, Tom Wheelwright discusses the new tax plans from the Democratic-led House Ways and Means Committee. For those making under $400,000, they won’t see much of a change. However, those who are making more money could see their taxes dramatically increased. Watch as Tom breaks down what rates to expect and how it can affect you.

He and his star-studded guest faculty will cover theoretical and practical lessons on wealth creation and preservation. Beyond the practical wealth-building skills that we learned, we enjoyed networking with a like-minded community of investors and financial gurus. |
We also attended the Secrets of Successful Syndication Sept. 15-16 with The Real Estate Guys. This event provided us many training and networking opportunities. The Real Estate Guys treated us to a wonderful time with great friends as we reviewed the updates to securities and tax law while performing case studies on investment opportunities.
